I started Innate Energy Massage back in 2015. I've been a Massage Therapist for a little over 8yrs graduating from SpaTech Institute in 2012. During that time practicing Massage, I received my Reiki II certification in 2014 with Dave Scarbrough. Later on becoming a Yoga Instructor receiving my 200HR certification from ABT Yoga in Topsfield, MA in 2020. The learning never really ends, I truly believe in this work and the importance of taking care of the one vessel we have because we are all deserving to feel good in our mind/body. We live in a very fast paced world, causing many people to push themselves too hard. This life demands so much from us that we forget to take a step back and let go because just like cars we need bodywork too.
