Therapeutic Massage is comprised of a combination of techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, PNF Stretching & Neuromuscular Therapy designed to determine and treat the root cause of an ailment. Corrective Exercise is beneficial for everyone and focuses on posture, range of motion (ROM), balance & strength. It is designed to address muscle imbalances and joint limitations resulting in decreased pain, increased ROM & injury prevention.
