I am trained in a variety of different modalities including Swedish, myoskeletal alignment, Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular therapy with my focus being stress relief and pain management. Each session is unique to each individual client. I incorporate a mixture of massage modalities depending on what your specific needs are.
