Autumn Love is a faith-based bodyworker empowering her clients to find healing through body stewardship practices like; massage therapy, mindfulness practices and easy to follow stretching routines. As a LMT she will assist you in your muscle tension and relaxation needs. As a yin yoga instructor she will guide you in fascial stretching to release tension of connective tissues and inspire internal reflection. As a faith based intuitive she will guide in mindfulness practices to release heavy spirits and open up to God-given peace.
