I have been a foot zone therapist for 3 years and I also do massage therapy. I help clients get to the deeper root cause of why they have chronic physical, mental, and emotional pain. In my sessions I not only listen to your words but I also connect to your body and subconscious and listen to what it is guiding me to do for you. I don’t push those boundaries and force knots or energy out. I take my time to build trust with you and your body for whatever comes up in the session so we may get to that deeper understanding that is causing issues for you so that you may have some relief and freedom within your body.
