Lauren Levig is a National Board Certified Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, and AASI Certified Snowboard Instructor with over 2000 hours of education in massage, nutrition and exercise science. She specializes in structural integration, breathwork, neuromuscular reeducation, lymphatic drainage, and is a Graston Technique® IASTM preferred provider. Her goal is to help clients with soft tissue dysfunction in person and encourage home use of personalized self care and training recommendations. Clients of all ages are welcome. A parent or legal guardian must be present for clients 15 and younger. Written parent or guardian consent form is required for clients under 18.
