I have been a massage therapist since 2003 and I enjoy it! The thing I love the most is meeting each individual massage client. I specialize in integrative therapeutic massage. This includes focusing in on a problem area such as back, neck, and shoulders while also addressing the whole body. My main interest is the well being of my clients. I also recommend and give self care suggestions related to my diverse background in healthcare. I earned my certification at the Institute of Therapeutic Massage & Wellness. I am educated in many aspects of therapeutic massage such as trigger pointing, deep connective tissue, lymphatic drainage, etc. I have had many continuing education in various types of bodywork.
