I am an individual massage therapist who utilizes therapeutic massage and customized treatment to help each client release physical and emotional tension. My goal is to teach my clients how they can become more involved in their healing process by holding space for their own healing and educating them on patterns of dysfunction in the body. There are many reasons why the body may hold onto tension, and If I feel that a client might need more than what massage therapy can offer, I would be more than happy to work with them on creating a team of practitioners through trusted referrals in the area that may compliment their needs.
