I have been practicing massage for a decade. Licensed in Colorado, California, Oregon, and now Hawaii. My techniques range from deep tissue, myofascial, Thai Yoga Massage, to fluffy spa relaxation-style Swedish. I am a Pilates and Yoga instructor. I am happy to create a custom self-care package to include movement and strengthening. Compliments massage therapy excellently. I am remodeling a 7.5 acre animal sanctuary to offer a holisitic wellness experience with a healing arts co-operative, classroom, work/trade accommodations, community-maintained gardens and of course, improved quality of care for the animals waiting for their forever homes to find them.
