I specialize in the treatment of chronic pain including head, jaw, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, thumb, hand, low back, chest, abdominal, pelvic, hip, knee, ankle and foot. I also am trained to address pelvic, jaw, breathing and other restrictions and painful conditions for 17 years. I have many different types of manual techniques and movement exercises that are very effective in reducing if not eliminating pain. I also teach rehabilitative movement using STOTT Pilates reformer, Cadillac, chair and barrels, and Yoga as certified by the Sivananda Yoga Vendanta. Additionally, I help athletes, musicians, dancers, and performers for better movement patterns.
