Mind, Body, Soul Massage and Therapeutic Care offers a variety of massage treatments to suit each clients individual needs, occasionally incorporating aromatherapy, the use of massage tools and stretching to enhance the session. I facilitate change in the body by locating and treating areas of tension and/or pain and encouraging the body to transition from a state of resistence into a state of relaxation, allowing for more effective bodywork. My work in conjunction with physical therapists, chiropractors and medical doctors for some of my clients, has helped them either obtain or maintain a more balanced physical lifestyle.
