I am certified in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Sports massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Cupping Therapy. I incorporate stretching, PNF stretching, or Tigger Point therapy in every massage session. I have an inviting environment with heated massage table, warm towels, aromatherapy, and soothing music to help you relax.
