Therapeutic massage is at the core of relaxing and stress relief, but I also offer you all of the latest techniques used today for relaxation. Techniques to balance your muscles and help your body find the natural process of healing. I will begin with reflexology or feet massage that will allow me to know what part of your body needs more treatment and then continue with the rest of your body with different techniques such as Swedish massage,effleurage, petrissage to warm up your body’s muscles to bring more blood circulation and finished with deep tissues so I can work on your trigger points.
