You must cancel 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not contact us then we reserve the right to send a bill for 50% of treatment that was scheduled. If it was a gift certificate then 50% will be used and you will have remainder of funds on gift certificate. If it becomes a habit we will request you find another therapist.
