My modalities consist of Chair and Table:Medical Massage/ Workmans Comp Massage Swedish; SMRT(Spontaneous Muscle Release Therapy),Deep Tissue; Advanced Muscular Release; Shiatsu (Acupressure); Sports Massage and Stretching, just to name a few. Because I am so passionate about my work, I use these techniques in combination to help my clients release a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual stress.
