Training and practice specialties include sports massage, stretching, Thai, and Ashiatsu, emphasizing movement, joint mobility, and exercise/sports performance and recovery. Our practitioner is a graduate of the highly regarded Avalon School in Houston, as well as a student of James Waslaski's Integrated Manual Therapy and Orthopedic Massage course. At The University of Texas at Austin, he studied under strength and powerlifting pioneers Terry and Jan Todd, and he is a CrossFit athlete since 2013 and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
