Welcome to Recovery Spot Massage , where we believe in providing 100% customizable massage sessions. Unlike most chain spas, we don't cut your massage time short for cleaning or intake. In fact, we purposely leave 15 minutes between sessions to ensure you receive the full time you purchased. During your session, you get to choose your music to enhance your experience . We offer a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, sports massage, scraping, neuromuscular massage, and stretching, tailored to your specific needs. Additionally, we have a cryotherapy machine onsite for those who need it. We are located inside Pack Animal Fitness, but you don't need a membership to receive a massage.
