Welcome to Michael J. Annaian, LMT. I am a massage therapist specializing in integrative bodywork by way of neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, and muscle energy techniques/stretching. My approaches are designed to convey whole body movement to release deep holding patterns that are the main cause of neuromuscular dysfunction and chronic pain. I will help assist you in functional movement practices you can do on your own to further assist the therapeutic process of feeling more connected within your body.
