The Body Intuitive was founded in 2016 as a somatic therapy in helping executives and active professionals to improve mobility, relieve chronic pain, and develop interpersonal relationship skills. This hybrid somatic therapy studio offers both in-person coaching and wellness services at the Del Mar studio; and offers courses and coaching are remotely online. Missy, the owner, is certified in clinical yoga therapy, trauma-informed medical massage, functional mobility rehabilitation, and more. With 10 years of experience, Missy is known for her intuitive ability to understand her client's complex or severe psychosomatic imbalances and transmute pain into possibility.
