Heated herbal packs are used during the Thai Massages to soften the tissues, and deepen the massage. Stella blends her previous trainings in clinical herbalism and knowledge in holistic health to create a deeply relaxing experience for the physical, emotional and spiritual body. The massages are done on the ground on a mat and involve simple passive stretches & movement to lengthen the body, bringing space between bones, ligaments and muscles.
