My name is Jade Bradley and I am a licensed massage therapist. My primary focus in massage school was sports massage but I deal mostly with neck pain, rotator cuff injuries, lower back pain, carpal tunnel, and just everyday wear and tear to the body. You don't realize how much your day-to-day actions and activities can affect your body over time. A massage will help improve range of motion, increase joint flexibility, lessen depression and anxiety, enhance sleep quality, and reduce fatigue to name just a few of the benefits.
