An independent massage therapy and private yoga instruction service owned and operated by R. Daniel Walker (LMT, RYT-200), based in Birmingham, AL and located in the Birmingham Yoga Studio in Lakeview. Daniel specializes in a modality called Advanced Myofacial Techniques which is a form of Structural Integration. However, Daniel knows the needs of his clients change and more traditional modalities such as Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Swedish, etc. may be necessary to reach the clients therapeutic goals. Because of this, Daniel continues to practice those modalities with just as much passion as his speciality to provide his clients with the most beneficial bodywork techniques that produce real and proven results for each clients need.
