The focus at AR Corrective Massage is to help people who are tired of hurting. Using non invasive soft tissue manipulation, treatments are able to help our clients achieve their movement goals and get out of pain. We help clients suffering from chronic pain due to repetitive movement, acute pain from car accidents, injuries, or post surgery recovery. Alongside our clients we work with athletes in the Opelika-Auburn area of East Alabama. Our clients range from those who do the occasional 5k or event, to highschool, college, professional and retired athletes. We focus on injury prevention, chronic pain relief, and sports recovery.
